Contributions or gifts to the Stephanie Hilferty Campaign are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Funds received in response to this solicitation will be subject to state contribution limits.
State law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and the name of the employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
Contributions from corporations and foreign nationals are prohibited.
The Stephanie Hilferty Campaign does not accept contributions earmarked for any candidate or other committee. Contributions are used to fund all Stephanie Hilferty Campaign programs, and will be spent as the Stephanie Hilferty Campaign determines within its sole discretion.
